I'll make sure to try to use some different stamps for you when I send then. :) Do you collect older stamps too? I have a whole bunch of older Swedish/European used stamps I'd be happy to send over since I don't collect them.

My first post-Pesach pasta will be manicotti. I make the noodles. The flavors are the same as lasagna but it's easier to assemble - it goes together like blintzes - and the noodles are melty tender. Much lighter than lasagna with all the same sorts of flavors filling the noodles rather than layers. These could be made with potato starch, the way kosher l'Pesach noodles are.

Based on what I read in Wikipedia (my source of choice for technology and explaining Judaism to non-Jews) are you non-gebrochts?
