Thank You for the Christmas card! As for perfect tenants, I am reserving any unit next to me for adults only. The ladies around me, myself included are all, single, retired, widowed (me) and quiet, we are also all grumpy and don't like to be disturbed. My problem tenant agreed to move, today she left. That makes my life much more peaceful. Merry Christmas.
