Decorated Envies- International

This swap is for decorated envelopes, my newest passion. You will have one partner and send them one standard business size envelope, which is roughly 9.5 X 4 inches, decorated in the manner of your choosing. You can include a little note or flat surprise inside for hearts, but this swap is for the envelope only. You can, of course, make your own out of whatever you like( cloth, paper, candy wrappers, duct tape, chewing gum,ect...) Be creative!

Now the unpleasant part:NO FLAKERS! You must have a 4.5 to participate, newbies are welcome but must have completed at least 1 swap and recieved rating. This is an international swap, since envies are lightweight and easy to mail. Please PM me if you have any questions or concerns.
